SKU & Barcode Cleanup Runbook

1) Prepare
- Export current catalogue mappings from all channels.
- Freeze non-essential listing edits during cleanup.

2) Analyse
- Group rows by barcode, then by SKU.
- Flag duplicates and conflicting ownership.

3) Decide
- Pick one canonical SKU and barcode pair per sellable unit.
- Assign owner and due date for each conflict.

4) Execute
- Update mappings in source system.
- Re-import to ChannelWeave.
- Re-link channel listings where required.

5) Verify
- Run stock sync checks.
- Confirm no active listings point to retired aliases.
- Log incidents and lessons learned for next cycle.
