1) Sign in

The sign in page allows you to securely access your ChannelWeave workspace.

  • Email - use the email address associated with your account.
  • Password - your ChannelWeave password.

After successful sign in, you are redirected to the Dashboard.

Use Forgot password? if you cannot sign in, and Start free trial if you do not yet have an account.

2) Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of performance across all connected channels.

  • Key metrics such as total revenue, orders, low-stock alerts, and sync errors.
  • Recent orders and sync activity, so you can spot problems quickly.
  • Channel health indicators showing which integrations need attention.

Use this page as your daily mission control when you log in.

3) Orders

The Orders section centralises orders from all your connected marketplaces and web stores.

  • Search and filter by status, channel, date range, and more.
  • View order details including customer info, items, quantities, and totals.
  • Update fulfilment/shipping status and push updates back to channels.

Use Orders to manage day-to-day fulfilment in one place.

4) Products

Products are your central catalogue inside ChannelWeave.

  • Browse and search your SKUs and variants.
  • Edit core product data such as titles, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Control inventory levels that feed into connected channel listings.

Keep Products accurate to ensure consistent listings and stock across channels.

5) Listings

Listings represent how your products appear on each marketplace or store.

  • See which listings are linked to each product on each channel.
  • Review channel-specific titles, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Identify and fix orphaned or mismatched listings.

Use Listings to keep your sales channels in sync with your central product catalogue.

6) Channels

The Channels area manages integrations with marketplaces, web stores, and other platforms.

  • Connect new channels or disconnect ones you no longer use.
  • Configure per-channel settings such as currency, tax, and sync rules.
  • Monitor connection status and resolve authentication issues.

Make sure each channel is connected and healthy before importing orders or stock.

7) Analytics

Analytics provides insight into how your business is performing over time.

  • View revenue, orders, and other metrics by date range and channel.
  • Identify best-selling products and underperforming lines.
  • Export data for deeper analysis in external tools if needed.

Use Analytics to guide pricing, inventory, and marketing decisions.

8) Settings

Settings contains account-level and workspace-level configuration.

  • Account & users - manage your profile, password, and team access.
  • Workspace - configure general preferences such as time zone and default currency.
  • Billing & plans - view invoices, update payment methods, change plan.
  • API / integrations (if enabled) - manage API keys and technical settings.

Review Settings when you first set up ChannelWeave, and whenever your team or billing changes.
