ChannelWeave integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., marketplaces, payment processors). You are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms. ChannelWeave is not responsible for third-party content or actions.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including code, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by ChannelWeave or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

9) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of using the Services. This obligation continues after termination.

10) Warranties & disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ChannelWeave makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ChannelWeave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

12) Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

13) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
