Discogs Assisted export

Prepare Discogs listings with ChannelWeave

Review catalogue identity, condition and price against your Stock, then download a Quicklister-compatible CSV for deliberate manual upload to Discogs.

How the assisted workflow works

  1. Review the proposed Discogs release and confirm the exact Release ID for the ChannelWeave Stock item.
  2. Complete the seller-assessed media condition, sleeve condition and sale price required for the listing.
  3. Select eligible rows and download the reviewed Quicklister-compatible CSV from ChannelWeave.
  4. Inspect the file, sign in to Discogs and upload it yourself when you are ready.

What ChannelWeave prepares

  • Confirmed Discogs Release ID
  • ChannelWeave SKU and available quantity
  • Media and sleeve condition
  • Seller-reviewed sale price
  • Add-only Quicklister CSV rows

An assisted handoff, not direct Marketplace publishing

ChannelWeave prepares the reviewed file. You retain control of the final upload and every change made inside your Discogs account.

No automatic upload

ChannelWeave does not send the Quicklister file to Discogs or create a Marketplace listing through the API.

No remote synchronisation

The assisted export does not reprice, pause, remove or synchronise remote Discogs listings or quantities.

No publication claim

ChannelWeave cannot confirm that Discogs accepted or published a row; final status remains visible in Discogs.

Built for deliberate review

Catalogue matches remain candidates until an operator confirms the release. Physical condition and sale price are never inferred from marketplace history.
