What counts as an order?
An order is an online or POS/manual order processed through ChannelWeave in a calendar month.
What if I outgrow a plan?
We do not add surprise overage charges. If your order volume outgrows your plan, your orders keep flowing and we’ll ask you to move to the plan that fits your volume before your next billing period.
What does Discogs include?
Every plan includes catalogue review and an operator-controlled Quicklister CSV export. ChannelWeave does not connect your Discogs seller account or publish through the Marketplace API.
Is Eden really included?
Yes. Eden is included on every self-serve plan with no token meter or upgrade gate.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free setup and the 14-day live trial need no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Once billing exists, open Manage billing from Settings to cancel in Stripe. ChannelWeave then shows the updated billing status and any scheduled end date.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Switch between self-serve plans in Settings during free setup or the live trial. After billing starts, plan changes are managed in Stripe.
