For orders you fulfil yourself, the warehouse work stays connected to the sale — without another spreadsheet to keep in step.
Allocate stock, open the order’s pick list or print a pick-list PDF. Outstanding quantities must be fully allocated before dispatch.
Print a price-free packing slip with the delivery address, order reference and contents. It is a packing document, not a postage label.
Record the carrier, service and tracking number. Marking the order shipped updates its progress and reduces warehouse stock.
Printing a document does not mark an order packed or shipped. Confirm dispatch when the goods actually leave, and delivery when you have evidence.
A carrier transports the parcel. A fulfilment service can do the picking, packing and dispatch for you. ChannelWeave keeps the two distinct.

Save your Royal Mail account details in Shipping and record Royal Mail as the carrier when you dispatch an order.
Saving credentials does not verify them with Royal Mail. Postage purchase and label printing are not available in ChannelWeave; arrange postage through your existing Royal Mail service.

Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) serves Amazon orders. Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) serves eligible orders from other Channels.
Shipping shows Amazon connection and fulfilment readiness. FBA inventory reads and MCF requests are not yet a self-service dispatch workflow in the app. Amazon-held stock stays separate from your warehouse stock.
