Where to access it

  1. Open Shipping.
  2. Find the Royal Mail card.

Purpose

Use this setup to save your Royal Mail shipping credentials before using Royal Mail shipping actions in ChannelWeave.

Required setup details

  • Display name
  • Royal Mail account number
  • Environment (sandbox or production)
  • API client ID
  • API client secret

Secrets are hidden after save. To rotate a secret, enter the new value and save the connection again.

Ready state

The connection is only treated as ready when all required details are present. If anything is missing, the card remains in a setup state.

Shipping readiness

The readiness panel explains whether Royal Mail can be used by shipping workflows. Review it after saving credentials and before relying on Royal Mail for live dispatch work.

Disconnecting

Disconnect Royal Mail only when you want ChannelWeave to stop using the saved carrier credentials. Disconnecting the carrier does not disconnect sales channels or delete orders.
