What buyer groups are for

Buyer groups make it easier to segment buyers for filtering, reporting, and team workflows.

What you can do

  • Create buyer groups
  • Open buyer group detail from the linked group name or group code
  • Set parent/child group structure
  • Update group names and codes
  • Reassign buyers between groups

Use the linked buyer group name or group code to open the detail form. The list does not show a separate action column when the link performs the same navigation.
