Use these meanings consistently in day-to-day operations.
Stock items
- Active: stock item is in normal use
- Disabled: stock item is not available for normal assignment/use
- Low stock: derived signal based on available quantity and reorder level
Bin types
- Active: available for use
- Inactive: hidden from normal assignment
- System badge: reserved system-defined type
Low stock view
Low stock is a calculated view, not a manually set lifecycle status.
