Settings contains account settings, billing controls, custom insight rules, costing controls, inventory policy, and admin governance controls.

Areas in Settings

  • Home: company profile, plan, and billing details
  • Custom insights: custom threshold rules with persisted state and findings
  • Costing & overhead: optional predetermined overhead rate for sales-order costing estimates
  • Inventory policies: SKU and barcode defaults for stock operations
  • Admin: users, roles, events, and support request triage for your workspace
  • Help & onboarding: quick links to Getting started and in-app support requests

Common actions

Home

  • Update company/profile details
  • Review current plan and billing status
  • Change the free-trial plan before billing starts
  • Open Stripe billing once paid billing is active

Personal preferences such as Theme and Appearance are changed from the user profile menu. Control Centre channel visibility stays in the Control Centre itself.

Custom insights

  • Create operational threshold rules for your business
  • Preview a rule before saving it
  • Pause, resume, or delete a custom rule

Costing & overhead

  • Enable an optional overhead allocation for sales-order costing
  • Choose whether the rate is allocated by orders, units sold, or net revenue
  • Keep the estimate outside live prices and order totals

Inventory policies

  • Configure SKU and barcode defaults
  • Test policy impact before saving
  • Use stock-group overrides when required

Admin

  • Manage users and access
  • Create and maintain roles
  • Review admin/system events
  • Triage lightweight support requests for the current workspace
