Fix common listing import and reconcile problems.

Common symptoms

  • Listings do not appear after refresh
  • Listing counts look wrong
  • Imported listings are not linked to stock

Quick checks

  1. Confirm the channel connection is healthy.
  2. Open Control Centre and check whether automatic listing sync is queued, running, complete, or needs a retry.
  3. Check whether listings are filtered out in the current view.
  4. Link missing listings to stock where needed.

eBay-specific checks

  1. Wait for Syncing automatically to finish in the eBay Manage modal.
  2. If the card says Refresh needed, check the connection and select Refresh now once.
  3. If the result says Review needed, open Listings. A listing stays unlinked when its SKU is missing, matches more than one stock item, is blocked by SKU policy, or has no exact stock match in an established catalogue.
  4. Use the Listings workspace's explicit Create stock action only for a reviewed selection that should become new stock.

Why an eBay item may be skipped

Automatic discovery only syncs buyer-visible eBay listings. If eBay returns an ActiveList row that is hidden/out-of-stock (for example QuantityAvailable is 0 on a fixed-price listing), ChannelWeave skips it from the Manage sync and leaves the canonical row with marketplace status Unknown instead of treating it as live. Ended is shown only after the ChannelWeave listing lifecycle has been positively moved to ended.

Discogs current-listings checks

Discogs current listings use a manually downloaded Marketplace Inventory CSV, not a Channel connection or automatic sync.

  1. Return to Control Centre → Discogs tools → Import current listings. The newest staged, queued, running or failed review resumes automatically.
  2. Resolve every current For Sale row to one distinct, available, quantity-one Stock item with the same 1–12 digit Discogs Release ID.
  3. After Confirm current listings, leave the page open or return later. The confirmation runs durably in the background and the page polls its status.
  4. If the status is Failed, no partial Listing or reviewed condition update was committed. Record the visible message and job reference, then choose another fresh file after correcting the source problem.
  5. Omitted and Sold CSV rows never end an existing local Discogs Listing. Use the explicit local Listing actions only after confirming the real remote state yourself.

Terminal review data is retained for 90 days for diagnosis. Its durable event history and any successfully promoted Listings remain after review-row cleanup.
