Fix common listing import and reconcile problems.

Common symptoms

  • Listings do not appear after refresh
  • Listing counts look wrong
  • Imported listings are not linked to stock

Quick checks

  1. Confirm the channel connection is healthy.
  2. Run a fresh listings refresh from the channel Manage modal.
  3. Check whether listings are filtered out in the current view.
  4. Link missing listings to stock where needed.

eBay-specific checks

  1. Refresh discovered listings in the eBay Manage modal on Control tower.
  2. Run Import listings to stock where appropriate.
  3. Re-open Listings and confirm the status has updated.

Why an eBay item may be skipped

Control tower Manage only syncs buyer-visible eBay listings. If eBay returns an ActiveList row that is hidden/out-of-stock (for example QuantityAvailable is 0 on a fixed-price listing), ChannelWeave skips it from the Manage sync and leaves the canonical row in Marketplace unknown/Ended workflows instead of treating it as live.
