Orders import issues

Diagnose common order import delays and mismatches.

Common symptoms

  • Orders arrive late
  • Orders do not appear
  • Imported orders have missing stock links
  • Imported orders appear but remain unallocated
  • Payment or fulfilment state does not match the channel yet

Quick checks

  1. Confirm the channel is connected and healthy.
  2. Run a manual sync from the channel management controls.
  3. Refresh Sales → Orders and re-check filters.
  4. Confirm SKU mapping exists for imported order lines.
  5. Check Control Centre → Events & diagnostics for the channel and time window.
  6. Confirm the order is not hidden by an active list filter.

Shopify paid-order issues

If paid Shopify orders are not updating:

  1. Reconnect Shopify.
  2. Confirm your Shopify app credentials are correct.
  3. Confirm Shopify webhooks are reaching ChannelWeave.
  4. Check whether the order was updated in Shopify after the last successful ChannelWeave sync.

eBay allocation issues

If imported eBay lines are not allocating:

  1. Confirm each line resolves to a stock item.
  2. Confirm stock is available.
  3. Re-run sync after fixing mapping.

Website order issues

If Website orders do not appear:

  1. Confirm your Website order webhook settings match the Website API.
  2. Confirm the Website channel is connected and enabled for order import.
  3. Capture the external order reference and submission time for support.
