Where to access it

  1. Open Control tower.
  2. Find the eBay card.

What you can do

  • Connect eBay to link your seller account.
  • Reconnect eBay to re-authorise or switch account.
  • Disconnect eBay to remove the connection.
  • Manage to open eBay listings tools.

Connection status

When connected, the card shows account details and a verification badge when the connection is healthy.

Manage modal actions

Inside Manage you can:

  • review listing-sync status
  • refresh buyer-visible active eBay listings
  • import buyer-visible discovered listings into ChannelWeave stock

Hidden/out-of-stock eBay rows are skipped during the Control tower Manage refresh so zero-availability fixed-price items do not appear as live stock-sync work.

Orders and buyer activity

eBay orders, messages, and offers continue to flow into the relevant Sales and Inbox areas after connection.
