Connect and manage your eBay account, listings, and sync actions from Control Centre.

Where to access it

  1. Open Control Centre.
  2. Find the eBay card.
  3. Choose the sliders icon.

What you can do

  • Manage to open eBay connection controls and listings tools.
  • From Manage, choose Connect eBay to link your seller account.
  • From Manage, choose Reconnect eBay to re-authorise or switch account.
  • From Manage, choose Disconnect eBay to remove the connection.

Connection status

When connected, the card shows account details and a verification badge when the connection is healthy.

Manage modal actions

Inside Manage you can:

  • Review listing-sync status
  • Refresh buyer-visible active eBay listings
  • Import buyer-visible discovered listings into ChannelWeave stock

Hidden/out-of-stock eBay rows are skipped during the Control Centre Manage refresh so zero-availability fixed-price items do not appear as live stock-sync work.

Orders and buyer activity

eBay orders, messages, and offers continue to flow into the relevant Sales and Inbox areas after connection.

Listing drafts

eBay listing drafts use a linked ChannelWeave stock item as their stock context. Draft images are copied into the draft image manifest when needed, then ordered inside the draft so the first image is the primary marketplace image. Use the image row up/down controls to change draft order without changing the source stock item image order.

The eBay draft editor also supports Add reference facts beside the description drafting tools. If the pasted reference is a Discogs release URL, ChannelWeave performs an API-based Discogs catalogue lookup and proposes eBay item specifics such as artist, release title, format, label, release year, genre, style, edition, country/region, and catalogue number. Suggestions are review-only until the user chooses Apply selected specifics. Discogs Marketplace, collection, pricing, sales-history, and image data are deliberately excluded.
