Overview
Manage sales channels from Control Centre and shipping providers from Carriers.
Last updated:
Use Control Centre for live sales-channel cards, and use Carriers for shipping providers such as Royal Mail.
Before you connect
Confirm you have admin access in both ChannelWeave and the target provider account.
What you can access here
- Control Centre: connect, reconnect, disconnect, and manage the five live sales channels while also seeing their live pulse metrics. Discogs is shown separately as a disabled, research-gated candidate card. Use All analytics from this page to compare live channels, or use a channel card’s Analytics action to open that channel directly.
- Sync health: review queue/retry/failure signals and recent successful sync activity.
- Events & diagnostics: inspect channel/API/webhook events with message-first summaries, filter by channel/type/range (default: All time), and open full event records when needed. On narrower layouts, the Event summary cell carries the hidden Type badge, and only the final Actions column stays sticky.
- Channel settings: open per-channel configuration pages and toggles.
- Carriers: manage delivery/carrier providers such as Royal Mail and monitor shipping-carrier usage signals.
- Media library: upload and manage tenant-scoped Website product images.
Sales channels in Control Centre
Control Centre carries the standard five live sales-channel cards:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Shopify
- Website
- POS
It also shows Discogs as a disabled candidate card. Discogs is not counted as a live channel, cannot be connected, and does not read or write marketplace data until the provider API and commercial-use approval is explicit.
Each card now owns both:
- connection status / connected-since state
- quick management actions
- live operational pulse metrics
- a direct Analytics action that opens that channel’s dedicated analytics page
Users can also hide individual channel cards from Control Centre and bring them back later from the Hidden from Control Centre restore strip. This is just a view preference; it does not disconnect the channel, and it now follows the signed-in user account across devices.
Per-channel analytics
Open Control Centre → All analytics to compare channels, or use a channel card’s Analytics action to review that channel on its own page. Specific channel pages start directly with that channel’s KPI cards and do not repeat the Control Centre channel switcher. Each per-channel page currently shows ChannelWeave operational metrics for the tenant:
- orders and revenue for the last 30 days
- average order value for the last 30 days
- active order count and active order value
- unread conversation count
- top SKUs sold through that channel in the last 30 days
Marketplace-reported figures such as impressions, clicks, fees, and seller scorecards are reserved for connector-specific data as each provider exposes those metrics.
Shipping providers in Carriers
Carrier/provider setup now lives on Channels → Carriers.
At present, the page surfaces:
- Royal Mail
Plan entitlement and channel counting
All plans include the five standard sales channels:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Shopify
- Website
- POS
Enterprise also supports sales-managed bespoke/custom channel builds.
POS still counts as one of the standard sales channels; it is simply included on every plan instead of being gated behind Growth.
Discogs is a research-gated candidate placeholder and is not counted as a live plan channel.
