Use Listings for listing work, Control Centre for live sales-channel cards and connection management, and Shipping for carrier providers and fulfilment-service signals.

Before you connect

Confirm you have admin access in both ChannelWeave and the target provider account.

What you can access here

  • Listings: review All listings, prepare Drafts, and maintain reusable Templates for listing creation.
  • Control Centre: review the five live sales-channel pulse cards and use each card’s sliders icon when you need connection controls, order/stock enablement status, diagnostics, or channel-specific management actions.
  • Events & diagnostics: inspect channel/API/webhook events with message-first summaries, filter by channel/type/range (default: All time), and open full event records when needed. Open it from Control Centre or the activity icon on a channel card. On narrower layouts, the Event summary cell carries the hidden Type badge, and only the final Actions column stays sticky.
  • Shipping: manage carrier providers such as Royal Mail, review fulfilment-service signals such as Amazon Fulfilment, and monitor shipping-carrier usage.
  • Media library: upload and manage Website product images for your account.

Sales channels in Control Centre

Control Centre carries the standard five live sales-channel cards:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Shopify
  • Website
  • POS

Each card includes:

  • Connection status / connected-since state
  • Quick management actions
  • Live operational pulse metrics
  • Store or channel-management actions where they are available

Users can also hide individual channel cards from Control Centre and bring them back later from the Hidden from Control Centre restore strip. This is just a view preference; it does not disconnect the channel, and it follows the signed-in user account across devices.

Shipping providers

Carrier setup and fulfilment-service review live on Shipping.

At present, the page surfaces:

  • Royal Mail
  • Amazon Fulfilment, review-only via the Amazon channel connection

Plan entitlement and channel counting

All plans include the five standard sales channels:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Shopify
  • Website
  • POS

Enterprise also supports sales-managed bespoke/custom channel builds.

POS still counts as one of the standard sales channels; it is simply included on every plan instead of being gated behind Growth.

Connection flow

Sales channels

  1. Open Control Centre.
  2. Find the relevant channel card.
  3. Choose the card sliders icon.
  4. Use the connection panel to Connect, Reconnect, Disconnect, or reset the channel where that action is available.
  5. Use the card activity icon when you need Events & diagnostics filtered to that channel.
  6. Return and verify the pulse card is healthy.

Shipping providers

  1. Open Shipping.
  2. Choose the carrier provider.
  3. Complete setup with the provider credentials.
  4. Return and verify the connection is healthy.

Connection lifecycle

Create

Set up credentials and complete provider authorisation.

Verify

Confirm permissions and readiness checks pass.

Maintain

Reconnect when needed and monitor channel accounts.
