Order health
Monitor dispatch health, queue pressure, and order workload by channel.
Last updated:
Use Sales → Order health to monitor dispatch health, queue pressure, and order workload by channel. It is a read-only summary that shows where orders are flowing smoothly and where they are backing up, so you can act before a backlog becomes a problem.
Order flow
The Order flow panel shows orders moving through their lifecycle, with a trend over recent activity so you can see whether pressure is rising or easing.
What it shows
- Dispatch health: how cleanly orders are being fulfilled
- Queue pressure: where work is piling up
- Order workload by channel: which channels are generating the most to do
- In-progress value: the value still moving through the fulfilment workflow after recorded refunds
The channel table shows in-progress counts and value by channel, plus totals so you can spot whether pressure is localised to one channel or spread across the operation.
Refresh and escalation
Use auto-refresh during live fulfilment monitoring. When a signal looks wrong, open Sales → Orders with the relevant filter rather than trying to action it from the health view.
Where it fits
Order health is the monitoring counterpart to day-to-day order work, and the order-side equivalent of Inventory health. From a signal you typically move into Orders to action the affected lines.
